There are many factors, many beyond our control, that contribute to how we age. But, you can keep aging signs under control by following a healthy, natural lifestyle.

Aging is inevitable, but the sooner you begin a healthy lifestyle, caring properly for your skin, the healthier your skin will be, delaying signs of aging such as sagging skin, age spots, crow’s feet, wrinkles, and fine lines.

4. Avoid excessive amount of sugar.

Incorporating foods such as avocados, olive oil, flax seeds, nuts and fish into your diet is important. The fatty acids are crucial for your skin to look youthful.

6. Drink plenty of water.

8. Exercise!
