The Benefits of Using Facial Cleansing Oils
Are you still skeptical about the oil cleansing method? So were most of our customers who now swear by it. Let’s help you make the switch by addressing some of these common questions:
- Is it safe to use oil on an already oily complexion?
- Will it clog my pores?
- What makes it better than regular facial cleansing soaps, bar or liquid?
- Will it leave an oily residue on my skin?
Our facial cleansing oils are formulated with a mixture of botanical oils (jojoba, olive, sunflower, safflower, apricot kernel, soy), extracts (chamomile, green tea, calendula) and vitamins (vitamin C and E) specific to each skin type; combination skin, dry skin, oily skin, and sensitive skin.
These plant oils mix with the preexisting oils already on your face. When massaged into the skin, oils in the cleanser bind to surface impurities, (pulling out dirt without clogging pores), and allow them to be wiped and rinsed away leaving the skin clean, soft and hydrated.
IT STARTS WITH YOUR CLEANSER
Cleansing oils keep the skin’s natural pH balanced. Commercial facial cleansing soaps and liquids made with synthetic ingredients strip the skin of natural oils, leaving it unbalanced and causing an overproduction of oil to rebalance it. This excess productions increases the likelihood for more problematic skin.
Facial cleansing oils simply leave your skin feeling nourished, clean and soft and they are great at removing makeup too, including the waterproof ones because it removes impurities while maintaining moisture without harming the skin’s barrier.
Our cleansing oils are formulated for each specific skin type and contain active ingredients that address each specific skin concern – acne, anti-aging, dullness, rosacea, dryness – and thus may be used to clean and improve the texture and appearance of your skin. Our Cleansing oil for Oily and Acne skin types are made with light oils that balance oils production and won’t clog pores.
