US CUSTOMERS SHIPPING INFORMATION

EXPLANATION OF FREE SHIPPING $75+ ORDERS (OR ANY OTHER FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION): We offer free shipping on USA orders of $75, (Promotional Code: FREESHIP75), with the following exclusions.

The shipping address must be deliverable through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We do not use any other carrier for our Free Shipping offer.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offer excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii and International Shipments. It also excludes oversized and overweight items shipping into the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

SHIPPING OPTIONS: Most of our orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) using flat rate (2-8 day delivery) or Priority Mail 1-3 Business Day Delivery (this is not a guaranteed service).  We also offer you the option of using FedEx. You will always receive BOTH options.

Please note that during the busy holiday season orders sent via USPS Priority Mail can take longer to arrive.  USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed delivery option.  If your package needs to arrive within the 1-3 Business Day period, please choose USPS Priority Express Guaranteed 1-3 Business Days.

EXPLANATION OF SHIPPING OPTIONS (US Customers). These are our current shipping options for shipping within the Continental US. These shipping details do not include the order processing time which can average 2 to 4 days from receipt of payment:

–USPS Flat Rate 2-8 Days.

–USPS Priority Mail 1-3 Day Delivery, Not Guaranteed

–USPS Priority Express, 1-3 Day Guarantee

–FedEx Ground (1–5 business days in the contiguous 48 states; 3–7 to Alaska and Hawaii ).

–FedEx 2-Day (2 business days by 4:30 p.m. to U.S. businesses; by 8 p.m. to residences).

–FedEx Express Saver (3 business days by 4:30 p.m. to U.S. businesses; by 8 p.m. to residences).

–FedEx Standard Overnight (Next-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to U.S. businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences). 

LEAD TIMES: Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 4 “business days” (Monday – Friday) from receipt of payment.

BUSY SEASON LEAD TIME: We do our best to get packages to you as quickly as possible. During special sales or during the holiday season, order processing may be delayed a few days.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION:  You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way.  Tracking information will be included.

MISSING ITEM POLICY:  Although we check and double-check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else!

MY ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT: If your order tracking shows your order was delivered, but you didn’t receive it, please check around your home or business to make sure the package isn’t hidden from view. You may want to ask your neighbors. In rare cases, USPS packages may show as ‘delivered’ but could take additional 24 hours. If you still need help after a thorough check, around your property, please contact Customer Support for assistance: info@naturalskinrevival.com. Please note, that once an order tracking shows delivered, we cannot replace the order or issue a refund. We cannot receive a credit or refund from the shipper for orders that have been delivered. You, the customer, need to contact the shipper and file a claim.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING OPTIONS: Most of our orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) using International Priority Mail 6-10 Business Day Delivery (this is not a guaranteed service) which is the cheapest and quickest way to get your orders to you.  However, we also offer you the option of using FedEx. You will always receive BOTH options.

Please note that during the busy holiday season orders sent via USPS Priority Mail can take longer to arrive. USPS Priority International Mail is not a guaranteed delivery option.  If your package needs to arrive within the 1-3 Business Day period, please choose the FedEx option.

EXPLANATION OF SHIPPING OPTIONS (International Customers) depending on your region and country. These shipping details do not include the order processing time which can average 2 to 4 days from receipt of payment.

–USPS Priority International Flat Rate 6-10 Business Days

–CANADA ONLY: USPS Priority International “First Class Mail” option

–FedEx International Economy (2–5 business days).

–FedEx International First (1–3 business days with delivery as early as 10 a.m., Select postal codes in 20 countries).

–FedEx International Priority (1–3 business days by close of business, To more than 220 countries and territories).

–FedEx International Ground (2–7 business days, 100% of residential areas in Canada).

LEAD TIMES: On average, international packages arrive in 8 to 21 business days depending on the country from which you are ordering.  We have been advised by the USPS Postal Service that once a package arrives in the destination country, they no longer have control of the package delivery.

HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATE: Your actual postage will be calculated in the shopping cart based on the weight of the package and the destination. Since the postage varies and is calculated as you check out, we are unable to provide a cost ahead of time.

MISSING ITEM POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS; Although we check and double-check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. Due to the rising cost of international postage, we can no longer ship items that are missing from your international order. If you discover a missing item, please let us know as soon as possible. We will gladly issue a refund for the missing item(s).

DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS:  Please research the policies of YOUR country concerning the receipt of International Packages.

International shipping quotes do not include any duties, taxes or other charges that may be applied by your country’s government. Any duties and taxes for international shipments are at the cost of the customer. 

Every country has different rules and regulations regarding international packages. We follow the general guidelines set by the US Postal Service for international shipping that are not specific for any given country.

Customs regulations are often different for small packages versus large packages. Please be sure that you are aware of any specific customs regulations for your country. We will do everything we can to help you receive your package, but we cannot be responsible for packages that are detained in customs.


HOLIDAY SHIPPING GUIDLINES 2021

The Holiday season is a very busy time for us and the US Postal service, especially now during the current global health situation. We have been advised that normal delivery times for Priority Mail can take longer (5 to 6 business days during the Holiday season) and even that is not guaranteed.

Orders placed by Thursday, December 9, 2021 (shipped in the US) will ship by Monday, December 13, 2021

Orders placed by Tuesday, December 14, 2021 (shipped in the US) will ship by Friday, December 17, 2021

PLACE YOUR ORDERS EARLY.  We have not control over the carriers you choose.

International Customers
: Mail delivery is affected by the local post offices in your country. We cannot make any predictions as to the amount of time it will take for packages to arrive during the Christmas season.
