• Time from purchase to request a refund?
    Requests for a refund must be made within the first 3 days of order receipt. Refunds will not be issued beyond that timeframe.
  • Method of Refund?
    The method of refund will be in the same form of payment used, (credit or debit card).
  • Product Condition Required for a Refund?
    Your slightly used product must be returned in its original container. If you bought a product as part of a gift set, the entire gift set must be returned to receive a refund.  We cannot issue a refund on e-gift cards, product samples, and shipping fees.

  • Are There any Refund Charges?
    Return shipping costs are prepaid by you, the customer. We are unable to pay for the return shipping fees.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Should you buy anything from us that is not pleasing to your skin, you may return any of our products for a full 100% money-back guarantee.   

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Department (email or call us – information below) with your order number(s) so that we can give you an authorization code for the return.  We are unable to offer multiple refunds or exchanges from the same customer (one per client). Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We provide extensive information about our products in order to give you the knowledge needed to make an informed purchasing discussion.

Customers who purchase products from Natural Skin Revival must return them by USPS, (United States Postal Service).

As soon as we receive and process the returned package, we will issue your refund for the price of the product(s) within 3 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.


Once an order is placed, we cannot accept cancellation or changes.  Orders work through our processing system quickly.  As a result, once your order is submitted, we cannot accept cancellations or changes.

If you purchase a product that doesn’t agree with your skin, but you want to continue using our line of skincare, we are more than happy to assist you in finding product(s) that are better suited for your skin type.
