Essential Oil Blends: 

Lavender Chamomile – An absolutely precious blend of lavender and chamomile rounded out with a bit of geranium. 

Rosemary Mint – A revitalizing blend of rosemary, fresh garden herbs and mint.
HOW TO EXFOLIATE

Exfoliation is a crucial step to remove dead skin cells from the skins surface and makes way for healthy, radiant, glowing skin.  Whats more, it will prepare your skin for all the benefits your masks, toners, and creams have to offer.  It is important to know how often you should do exfoliating procedures and that depends on your skin type.  

Oily and Combination Skin can be exfoliated 2-3 times weekly.
Normal Skin will do fine with a once-a-week exfoliation session. 
Sensitive Skin can be exfoliated twice a month or once every 10 days.  
Dry and Delicate Skin should exfoliate once or twice a week.

Obviously, you should skip the exfoliation if your skin feels dry or irritated, or if it looks red and flaky.
INSTRUCTIONS

Scoop a quarter size amount into the palm of your hand (more if necessary) and add a few drops of water so that the scrub moves easier.  Begin applying the scrub in a gentle circular motion starting at the neck or chin and working upward and outward. Avoid eye area. After a minute has passed, rinse with warm water and pat dry.  Follow with our Facial Toning Mist and our Facial Moisturizing Cream.

What an amazing product! I had been using a commercial facial scrub for years and never had that same results as this. I have large pores and very oily skin, prone to cystic acne, and was told by the owner to use the facial scrub about every other day to start and then move it out to every third day. I've been using it now since November 2015 every third before bed after I wash off my makeup, and when I'm done scrubbing away, I leave it on for a few minutes since it has clay in it to draw out any toxins, then I use their facial toner for oily/acne skin and their moisturizer for the same skin type. Highly recommend. The only reason I rated four stars is I like the scent of the rosemary mint one better but that's a personal preference. Wish I had a little travel sized one for traveling!
